WAIVER OF LIABILITY | PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING

In consideration of being permitted to use the facilities and participate in the activities of The Armory Field House, LLC hereinafter referred to as “the Facility,” I, the undersigned, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, and next of kin, hereby acknowledge and agree as follows:

1. Risks Inherent in Activities: I understand that participation in any recreational activity at the Facility involves inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to:

• Risk of Injury: The possibility of physical injury, including sprains, strains, fractures, concussions, and more serious injuries, even with proper instruction and safety precautions.

• Risk of Illness: The potential for contracting infectious diseases.

• Risk of Property Loss: The possibility of damage to or loss of personal belongings.

• Risk of Weather-Related Hazards: The potential for injury or illness due to extreme weather conditions.

• Risk of Equipment Failure: The possibility of malfunctioning equipment, despite regular maintenance and safety checks.

2. Assumption of Risk: I hereby voluntarily assume all risks associated with my use of the Facility and participation in any and all activities offered by the Facility. I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for my own safety and well-being while on the premises of the Facility.

3. Release of Liability: I hereby release and forever discharge The Armory Field House, its owners, employees, agents, volunteers, and any other persons or entities associated with the Facility, from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses of any kind, including but not limited to medical expenses, lost wages, and pain and suffering, arising out of or resulting from any injury, death, or property damage that may occur while I am on the premises of the Facility or participating in any Facility activities, whether caused by the negligence of the Facility or any of its agents, employees, or volunteers, or by any other cause whatsoever.

4. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Armory Field House, its owners, employees, agents, volunteers, and any other persons or entities associated with the Facility, from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses of any kind, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising out of or resulting from my use of the Facility or participation in any Facility activities, including any claims made by any third party.

5. Medical Conditions: I understand that I am responsible for informing the Facility of any existing medical conditions that may affect my ability to safely participate in activities. I agree to seek medical attention as needed.

6. Rules and Regulations: I agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the Facility, as posted or otherwise communicated to me.

7. Photography and Video: I understand that photographs and videos may be taken at the Facility for security purposes. 

I have read and understand the foregoing waiver of liability and agree to its terms and conditions.
